Gordon and a Giveaway!!.....:)

So let's be honest. We all have that deep dark thing called- a celebrity crush. My hubby's is J Lo. Uh huh, moving on. I have a thing for this guy- Gordon Ramsay. Something about the fact that he could cook me the most amazing dinner sprinkled with his favorite spice- the f word. I know a lot of people find him offensive or whatever, but I think his explosive expletive ridden rants are what shows his total passion for what he does. And I love that :)

Or is it just that I have a thing for blonde's with wrinkles?
Whatever it is, to celebrate my outing of my celebrity crush.. I'm giving away this uh-mazing cutting board. Made by the equally amazing peeps over at William Rogers Wood Products :)
Yes it's our family business, and yes this cutting board was made by my very handsome very talented (and single) son Ryne. He makes all our wood counter tops! This lovely is African Mahogany and measures a sweet 12 x 24 x 2 1/4 :)
So to win this baby here's what you gotta do:

No, I'm not going to make you do 5000 things to get it (don't you hate that?). I'm a simple gal:)

Just become a follower, then leave me a comment about your celebrity crush!

I'll announce the winner Tuesday May 3rd:)

And hey, if you're in the market for some fab wood tops? Give us a call :) 480.985.2560 we ship everywhere:)

  3. I've had a crush on George Strait since I was about 8 years old. He has been affectionately known as Georgy Baby all this time. I always thought I would marry a singing cowboy, but instead I ended up with a desert rat with facial hair...seriously.

  8. Do you want to know who my family thinks I have a crush on or who I REALLY have a crush on? My family thinks it's Sylvester Stallone..the early years.."YO Laurie!" The real answer is Adam Levine from Maroon 5..his eyes are beautiful!

I've always wanted a cutting board like that!!!

  17. Oh, I have been meaning to follow your blog and now this is the perfect reminder opportunity! LOVE that cutting board - I have a maple Boos Block and have used and loved it for years.

And how *very* convenient, because when we redo our kitchen here in the next few years, I want wood countertops, and now I have an awesome local source! Just too perfect.

OK, I have a few celebrity crushes. I have loved Johnny Depp since I was a kid, but I also have a thing for Clive Owen and Rufus Sewell (if you don't know he is, well, just do yourself a favor and look him up!) I like them dark and intense. :)

  18. I never had a celebrity crush in high school (I thought all my girl friends were crazy), but then in college I started watching NCIS and I now how a full blown celebrity crush on Mark Harmon. There is something about a witty, sarcastic, smart man with a gun that is AWESOME.

  28. LOVE your home and your decorating style and LOVE your adorable way of sharing. I totally remember you from Mountain View and have been secretly admiring your blog for sometime now but have never become a follower. However, the time has come for me to come out of hiding because I just can't help but picture that beautiful cutting board on my kitchen counter. They are a dark granite of browns, black and greys and your cutting board would really add some much needed warmth.
So, my celebrity crush is Simon Baker. Love The Mentalist and Love him!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Definitely Brad Pitt. Always will be.

    Love the cutting board!

  30. I will always be a fan of Reese Witherspoon. A friend used to work in development at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and told me that Reese is one of the only celebrities who drove herself to the hospital, came in through a back door and visited with patients' and their families without any cameras or entourage to capture it on film for publicity. Rather than visit the children's cancer ward, where most celebrities beeline, she asked where she could make the biggest impact. My friend suggested the children's burn unit, which is often overlooked. I will always admire this woman and I think she's adorable and classy, too!
