Put liquid starch in a paint tray and using a paint roller, roll it on the wall. It will be a bit messy. Place your fabric against the starched wall and press it so it sticks. You might need to use push pins to keep it in place temporarily. Fold seams over to create a neat edge. It's super easy to take the fabric down and the liquid starch comes off with water and a sponge. The fabric can be washed and reused. You have a great eye and I appreciate that you bought that green fabric - because you loved it -- and a use for it appeared.
