Boy. Nothing like over 800 people coming to tour your house to make you get your butt in gear!! Over the last few weeks I've (okay, who am I kidding here. I can't do ANYTHING without the help of my sweet hubby) been finally getting around to finishing up some projects around the house that have been bugging me forever. See it? See all that stuff under the candy maker cabinet?
Okay, here's a closer look. Here's where all my glass cake stands and such are stored. Oh and my cake. Yeah, that's where I store all my homemade, beautifully decorated cakes! It's faux silly! And it usually makes it's appearance around Valentines. Makes for the perfect sweet display:) Anywayyyyy, looking at all that stuff made me crrrraaaaaazzzzzyyyy!! Like everyday.
So I whooped me up a skirt:) And I love it.
Hides all the stuff. And now I can cram it with more stuff:)
Hope to see all your sweet faces at the Home Tour on the 28th! And hey, if you're a crafty one and want a chance to sell your goodies at the Flea Market let me know!
I love the cabinet either way - you have such beautiful furniture and accessories that nothing looks like it needs to be hidden away. Having said that, the coordinating cabinet fabric with the curtains looks pretty perfecto : )
