Granny's goodies...... :)

Okay, so you all know I love me some old grannys. I especially love fashionable old grannys:) Weeeell, my neighbor in Dana Point just so happens to have said granny. And said granny happens to have a whole house FULL of goodies. Look at her beautiful granny in her younger years:)

Sweet neighbor occasionally gives me some of her granny's scarves, that I LOVE!! They cover the hideous roots perfectly:) Too bad it doesn't cover my hideous bags under my eyes! (Hence, the small picture :)  Geez, I must need more sleep!! Hahaha!!

A while back, sweet neighbor gifted me with this amazing bag- o- goodies. I ain't kidding here. You will NOT believe what came out of this bag!!

  2. Wow! Those dresses look darling on you! I love that you already had shoes to match! And I swear to you that I had a scarf just like the one on the left of the give-away scarves. It was 1970 and I was in 7th grade! Now MY old clothes are considered vintage!

  5. More power to granny stuff! But I actually have a question concerning your baseboards and doors shown in the pictures. They are a beautiful (not clinical) white. Could you please tell me the paint color? We have recently purchased a new home and the builder chose the most God-awful interior colors. As the customer, you did not ANY choice in the matter. Can you believe that? America, the land of the free, just not the land of the homeowners who get to choose their own wall paint. And the house wasn't cheap, 'neither'! We are currently stuck with very yellowish doors and baseboards and caramel-y/apricot-y walls. A nightmare, right?! It makes it look as if a smoker has lived here for years (never mind that the house was just built). After looking at 60 or more shades of white paint chips, I am exhausted and befuddled. Help! Please :(
