A little detour.... :)

So yesterday I was out and about and supposed to be Christmas shopping, when my car suddenly made it's way here. Standard Restaurant Supply. Rio and Chase have been telling me how much I would love to look around in here, sooo I made a little stop:)

Ooooooh  my goodness!! White dishes, every shape and size:)

How perf are these little tinies for salt and pepper crocks!

And if you like colored dishes.....

Had to force myself to put these little cuties down.

 French onion soup anyone??

 Step. Away. Now. Dorie.

No reason, just want this chef jacket:) Okay, truth be told I'd love to be wearing it one night when Rio comes to dinner just to see her reaction. I'm pretty sure it'd go something like this...
Seriously. No. Mom. For reals. (eye's rolling, head shaking)

And honestly, who doesn't want a freaking cotton candy machine??!!
While I was staring longingly at this thing, I swear I heard something calling me from 2 aisles over...

Dorie!! Take me home!! You NEED me!! You LOVE me!! Come on!!

It was so weird how that thing totally jumped into my cart. And made it's way...

...... under my tree:) Merry Christmas to me!!

Standard Restaurant Supply in Mesa is open to the public, check it out!

  2. Oh Dorie. You definitely needed the Kitchen Aid...every girl who cooks should have one. Now I hope your family sees the green chef coat and goes to get it for you..or maybe Santa will.

    1. Hi Vickie! I wish I could take credit for the cute little chalkboards:( they are adorable and come in a pack of 4 for $8. I'm sure that you could make them, but alas Christmas laziness has kicked in here sooo I bought em:) I found them at a store in downtown Mesa (in the same building as FOUND) called Design Lab:)

  11. Love the color of that Kitchen Aide! Put in stainless appliances this summer and had to get a new stainless one. My original white has found a new home with a friend.
I would love that store. I have such an obsession with dishes!
    Have a great holiday!

  13. I'm so glad you posted this! I had gone to one in Tempe called Andrews but when I went back they no longer had restaurant supply - they were home staging supply! I was so bummed! I need more big cookie sheets and now I know just where to go. Thanks!

  18. Since I live in Mesa, my kitchen cabinets thank you for the future residents that will be overcrowding their shelves. I can hardly wait. I'm going to force myself to wait until after Christmas..... I think.

  19. That's like the Costco for restaurants. So many different options for plates and utensils.
