This makees me so happy! You are not only saving the really REALLY old girls, you are saving the middle aged ones too! I love that neighborhood. Many of my friends lived there when I was growing up. I hope you and the Hubby can keep it up because one at a time you will breathe life back into the area! I read this post during a sleepless night. when I finally went back to sleep at 4:30 AM I dreamed that my husband and I bought this house and moved back to AZ. It was a lovely dream!
